Onze hoogwaardige biologische Tahini heeft een unieke milde smaak, een delicaat sesamaroma met een hoog eiwitgehalte.

We gebruiken alleen Ethiopische Humera en Sudanese Gedaref-sesam om een zachte, romige, aromatische Tahini te produceren. Na licht roosteren wordt het gemalen in een traditionele stenen molen  en gebotteld in de modernste fabriek.

Onze Tahini-stijl is gemaakt volgens de Libanese traditie en past perfect in Midden-Oosterse gerechten zoals Hummus, Siniya, Tahini dip etc.

Onze Tahini heeft geen additieven, geen toegevoegd zout, geen titaandioxide.

Geproduceerd volgens de strikte BRC Food-standaard. We controleren elke batch met in-house laboratorium om ervoor te zorgen dat er geen besmetting is opgetreden. We gebruiken ook externe lab-services (SGS) om ons te helpen de kwaliteit en veiligheid van het product te bewaken.

  • Falafels began as Israeli street food but have gained popularity all around the world. They are made from soaking raw chickpeas or fava beans and processed with fresh herbs, onion, spices and garlic, formed into individual falafels and fried until they are beautifully crunchy and golden on the outside and soft on the inside. They are absolutely delicious and one of my family’s favourites. So today I made them alongside homemade tahini sauce, a bright and healthy garden salad and homemade pitta bread. 👉🏻Es una pasta hecha a partir de semillas de sésamo molidas y unos toquecitos más.
.
👩🏼‍🍳Les voy a enseñar a hacerla:
-1)Tostar en una sartén las semillas de sésamo en un poquito de oliva.
-2) Cuando empiezan a hacer ruidito que empiezan a saltar ya están listas (que no se te quemen!)
-3) Las ponemos en un mortero y empezamos a aplastar para formar la pasta (o con los utensillos que tengas a mano si no tenés mortero).
-4) Agregamos jugo de un limón, una cda de oliva, una pizca de sal y unas 3 cditas de agua.
- Opcional: pimentón ahumado, dientes de ajo, perejil fresco picado.  Y listo!! Es muy fácil! Se usa mucho para agregar en el Hummus (puré de garbanzos) o en el Baba ghanush (puré de berenjena). También puede untarse sobre una bruschetta, para pincelar carnes, croquetas, ensaladas, tacos, etc. Queda bien en todos los platos, les juro.👉🏻 Y otro dato importante, pueden hacer en cantidad y la guardan en un frasco de vidrio bien cerrado en la heladera.

✨Y con respecto a lo nutricional debo recalcar que las semillas de sésamo se destacan por su alto aporte de Calcio! Además de grasas poli y monoinsaturadas y vitaminas.

💚What you need: Dough: 3 cups flour, 3/4cup warm water, 1 1/2 tbl olive oil, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/8 turmeric (optional), Filling: 1 large head of cauliflower chopped into florets, 2 tbl melted butter, 2 garlic cloves minced, 2 green onions finely chopped, 1/4 cup non dairy sour cream, 2 tbl nutritional yeast, salt & pepper to taste
1️⃣Using a food processor combine the flour, salt, turmeric. Slowly add oil & water, after a minute or so it will form a ball. Wrap in a kitchen towel,rest dough 1/2 hr
2️⃣Steam Cauliflower florets 25-30 min until very tender, after steaming, let cool, & dry with kitchen towel
3️⃣In a food processor, purée cauliflower with the  rest of the ingredients, season to taste. 
4️⃣To make the Pierogi: slice dough in thirds, wrap other 2/3 with plastic wrap. Sprinkle flour on work surface. Roll out dough, thin enough so you can see the shadow of your hand underneath
5️⃣Using a circular 3 in cutter or narrow glass press cutter into dough to make wrappers. Place 1 tbl of filling on each circle. Lightly dampen edges of 1/2 wrapper with water. Fold in a half moon & seal by pressing with fingertips. Place on parchment paper dusted with flour, cover with damp towel. Repeat using the rest of dough.
6️⃣Using a nonstick pan, cooking in batches,  using desired amount of butter on med. Cook 3-4 min on each side or until crisp. I served mine  sour cream & fresh herbs. Enjoy💚

  • Here in Taiwan sesame sauce cold noodles are very popular. Every convenience store carries them and lots of people like them. Though in reality the ones from convenience store brands contain quite an amount of additives and preservatives. Well, sorry no more, cuz this is about the easiest, laziest thing you can make at home for a fraction of a cost for the same amount of food as from the convenience store brands. All you need is noodles or even spaghetti can work (I used whole wheat spaghetti in the picture). You cook those based on the package instructions and add a little bit of olive oil to the end product to prevent from sticking. Then grate some carrots and cucumbers and mix with the noddles once they have cooled down. Last, but not least, make the sauce out of a minced garlic clove, few tablespoons of sesame paste or tahini, juice of a lemon and salt or soy sauce to taste. I usually use blender for the sauce to incorporate all the ingredients and add some water to achieve the desired thickness. It can also be done by placing all the ingredients in a jar with a lid and shaking it vigorously. Pour over noddles and ready to enjoy.   • Easy vegan Kale ceasar salad with its “ceasar” tahini dressing! 
The dressing is just wow😍 you can top your salad with chicken if you want to have a Chicken Kale Ceasar. 
You will need: kale, lettuce, canned chickpeas, hemp seeds, and the tahini dressing.
Recipe below 👇  Start by roasting your chickpeas. For this you will need to drain your canned chickpeas and wash them with clean water. Dry them well and try to remove the peel of the chickpeas as much as you can. Drizzle some olive oil, add salt and pepper and roast for 20 mins at 350F until crispy. They will crisp more when you remove them from the oven. Add smoked paprika to the chickpeas and more s+p  Prepare the dressing - in a food processor or blender mix the below:
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp water
1.5 tbsp of vegan parmesan (in a food processor, mix 1/4 cup raw cashews + 1 tbsp nutriyional yeast + 1/2 tsp garlic powder + 1/4 tsp salt)
1/2 tsp water
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp caper
2 tsp brine from caper
1 lemon juiced
1 tbsp olive oil  In the meantime, prepare your greens. Start by massaging your kale really well with olive oil. It will take u around 3 mins.
Cut your kale and lettuce into pieces. Add the toasted chickpeas. Drizzle the tahini dressing and top with some hemp seeds. .
