Organic Tahini

Our high grade organic Tahini has unique mild taste, delicate sesame aroma with high protein content.

We use only Ethiopian Humera and Sudanese Gedaref sesame to produce a bitterness free, creamy, aromatic Tahini. After light roasting it is ground in a traditional stone mil and bottled in state of the art factory.

Our Tahini style is made following Lebanese tradition, and fits perfectly middle eastern dishes as Hummus, Siniya, Tahini dip etc.

Our Tahini has no additives, no added salt, no Titanium Dioxide.

Produced under the strict BRC Food standard. We monitor each batch with in-house laboratory to make sure no contamination has occurred.  We also use external lab services (SGS) to help us monitor the quality and safety of the product.

  • My homemade tahini and charcoal topped kofta 🥵❤️
  • easy creamy tahini noodles w kale 😍🍜 these were SO GOOD 🤤 check my stories to see it come together ^ def my new fave quick and simple dinner when I’m craving something comforting 💕 recipe:

Put enough noodles for 2 to boil (I used wholewheat). Retain 1/4 cup of the noodle water. Rinse with cold water once cooked.

Whisk sauce ingredients in a small bowl: 1/4 cup tahini, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 tbsp fresh ginger, 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, juice of half a lemon, 1/2 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tsp sriracha + 1/4 cup reserved noodle water.

Heat up a little olive oil (or oil of choice) in a wok or frying pan over a medium-high heat and sauté a couple handfuls kale and a pinch of salt for 1-2 mins.

Add in the noodles and the sauce and keep turning and mixing until it’s all incorporated. After 3-4 minutes take off the heat and serve with chilli flakes (or sesame seeds, coriander, spring onion, more sriracha). Enjoy 🙌🏼 tag me if you make it ☺️

Do podania: gotowane jajko, chiński makaron, grillowane tofu, podsmażona marchew pokrojona w julienne.

Full recipe below ⇣
—•—Ingredients—•—
500gr oyster mushrooms
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp barbecue spice/smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
dash of salt & cayenne pepper
—•—Method—•—
1. Peheat the oven to 175°C/350°F.
2. First prepare the mushrooms by pulling them apart into strings (the bigger the strings the chunkier the meat - the mushrooms shrink in size while baking).
3. Take the strings with your hands (or place them in a kitchen towel) and drain of any excess water.
4. Place the mushrooms strings into a bowl and add all the spices and oil. Mix together with your hands or a spoon.
5. Add parchment paper to a baking tin and spread the coated mushrooms on top.
6. Bake at 175°C/350°F for 20-25 minutes (stirring twice).
